Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) is an area located half an hour’s drive from the centre of Dubai and the world-famous Burj Khalifa skyscraper. It is a community that perfectly combines luxury housing and a huge golf course. As a result, the area regularly attracts large numbers of tourists eager to see the beauty of JGE’s natural landscapes and nearby locations, as well as athletes.
The club is divided into four zones, each representing one of the elements: Earth, Fire, Water and Air. Today, only two of them are open: Fire and Earth. This is where the golf championship was held. The architect of this facility was Australian professional golfer and entrepreneur Greg Norman.

The area’s infrastructure includes parks, walking paths, a golf club, parking, a mosque and places for active and leisurely recreation.
A 20-minute drive from JGE is the Jumeirah International Kindergarten and The Wonder Years Nursery, which are considered among the best in Dubai. A branch of the Chubby Cheeks chain has opened in the Green Community.
Victory Heights Primary School, which offers British-style education up to Year 6, is located in Sports City, just a few minutes’ drive away. There is also a branch of GEMS in Sports City, which offers American-style education up to Year 12.
For quality medical care, you can go to the NMC Royal Hospital, located in Dubai Investment Park. This is the closest medical facility to Jumeirah Beach Residence. There is a GMC clinic in Green Community. You can also use the services of the Your Health Clinic (Sports City) or the medical centre in Motor City.
Residents and holidaymakers have access to all the infrastructure of the neighbouring areas. For example, Dubai Sports City and Dubai Production City offer a wide range of sports and leisure activities. You can go there to change your location and diversify your leisure time.
